Summary

Intek America needed to utilize Folio3’s Shopify & NetSuite Connector to integrate NetSuite into their storefront www.boxisshredder.com.

  • The ability to cancel Shopify Sales Orders from NetSuite
  • Import an individual Shopify order from the Connector Dashboard
  • Search for Imported Shopify Sales Orders in NetSuite
  • Search for Imported Shopify Customer records in NetSuite
  • Sync Sales Orders On Demand from Shopify to NetSuite, from the Connector Dashboard
  • Sync Items on-demand from NetSuite to Shopify, from the Connector Dashboard
  • Sync Refunds on-demand NetSuite to Shopify, from the Connector Dashboard

Customization

For Shopify orders containing line items whose item price has been discounted in the order itself, the connector will adjust /populate the discounted line item’s price in sales order when it is imported into NetSuite (based on the discounted line item prices available in the Shopify order)

Result

The order processing and management time greatly reduced enabling BoxIsShredder to swiftly process many more orders in relatively much less time.
