Aimed to replace Lizzy (DMS) and SolidCommerce (PIM) with a unified ERP while managing a 3.4M item catalog (200k active) and integrating Shop-Ware for payments and repair orders.

With this implementation, they gained centralized manufacturing ERP with automated catalog item activation, Shop-Ware integration for payments and work orders, custom regulatory PDF forms, and WMS capabilities.

Centre PowerSports also wanted to implement a custom item mass import tool, rebate/hold back tracking, landed cost management, and support case tracking.

The Challenge

Centre PowerSports faced multiple operational challenges before NetSuite:

  • Unable to manage 3.4 million catalog items with only 200k items actively sold.
  • Could not track inventory across multiple warehouse locations with bin and lot/serial requirements.
  • Lacked integration between Shop-Ware payments and back-office financial operations.
  • Had no way to generate custom regulatory forms required for vehicle and watercraft sales.
  • Could not create work orders for repair services from Shop-Ware system.
  • Struggled to track landed costs on incoming shipments as part of item costs.

Our implementation purpose was to address the specific challenges faced by powersports dealerships with high-volume catalogs and complex service operations. Folio3’s solution focused on:
