We start by examining your Epicor configuration across finance, manufacturing, inventory, purchasing, sales, order management, warehouses, costing, planning, and fulfillment. We also review customizations, BAQs, SSRs, BPMs, Epicor Functions, integrations, and manual processes surrounding the ERP.
We determine what should move from Epicor to NetSuite and what shouldn’t. This is where we decide whether an Epicor BAQ should become a NetSuite saved search, whether an SSRS report needs to be rebuilt, and whether a BPM or an Epicor Function should become a NetSuite workflow or script.
We then design how your business should operate in NetSuite.
