The Challenges

They were using QuickBooks, and QB is only a financial system. They need a system that covers 360 of their business along with managing complex manufacturing workflows.
They had no centralized system to manage inventory, procurement, or production.
Manual financial reporting created delays and inaccuracies.
They were facing limited operational visibility across departments.
They are using ShipStation to manage their shipping, so they also wanted integration with NetSuite.

Solution

Our implementation goal was to migrate Rugged Suppressors to NetSuite and configure a manufacturing-ready ERP. Key highlights included:

Implemented modules for Financials, Advanced Procurement, Inventory & Demand Planning, Work Orders, WIP & Routing, and Sales.
Set up accounting framework, including Chart of Accounts, departments, locations, and U.S. Sales Tax.
Configured item data, pricing tiers, units of measure, assembly items, serial/lot tracking, and inventory costing.
Deployed full procure-to-pay cycle with vendor billing, returns, and advanced procurement features.
Enabled order-to-cash processes, including customer orders, returns, and basic CRM.
Set up manufacturing processes, including BOMs, routings, and WIP tracking.
Migrated all master data, opening balances, open transactions, and historical trial balances from 2023 through the go-live period in 2025.
Provided four weeks of post-production support (up to 80 hours).
