The Challenges

Allied Power and Control (PwrQ) wanted to integrate their eBay merchant account (the eBay.com channel) with their Oracle NetSuite ERP, using Folio3’s eBay Connector for NetSuite

Solution

Folio3 integrated their Joor Integration Connector with ANINE BING’s existing Joor and NetSuite Accounts. The connector offered ‘out of the box’ functionalities to help the client streamline their work. The NetSuite eBay Connector provided the following functionalities:

  • Automatically imports all ‘checkout complete’ orders along with their associated customer data, from eBay to NetSuite
  • Automatically exports item listings from NetSuite to eBay (including item ID, item description, pricing, up to two item images, meta information, etc.)
  • Automatically updates inventory levels for each item listing, from NetSuite to eBay
  • Automatic status update of the fulfilled sales orders from NetSuite, on eBay
  • Automatically exports shipping information (shipping date, carrier details & tracking number) of fulfilled sales orders from NetSuite to eBay
  • Maintains a complete log of all tasks performed, in NetSuite
  • Synchronization of refunds from eBay to NetSuite, as Cash Refunds.

Results

Folio3’s eBay & NetSuite Integration Connector allowed Allied Power & Control to manage its orders, customers, payment methods, shipping methods, shipments, returns and refunds in turn enabling them to become more efficient and productive.
