The Challenges

They would like to integrate their Amazon Europe Seller Central account (with the Amazon UK, France and Germany marketplaces) with their Oracle NetSuite ERP using Folio3’s NeƚSuite Amazon Connector.

Solution

The scope of the integration required by Deliciously Ella that is already part of the standard, vanilla NetSuite Amazon Connector is as follows:

  • Import Sales Orders from Amazon to NetSuite. Amazon Fulfilled By Merchant (FBM) sales order records are automatically synced to NetSuite. A scheduled script runs that syncs sales order records from Amazon to NetSuite. Any sales order records created after the last execution of the script are automatically synced to NetSuite.
  • Import Customers from Amazon to NetSuite. Customer records associated with Amazon (FBM) sales orders are automatically synced to NetSuite. A scheduled script runs that syncs customer records from Amazon to NetSuite. Any records created after the last execution of the script are automatically synced to NetSuite.
  • Export Item data from NetSuite to Amazon (as Amazon listings). A scheduled script runs that automatically synchronises item data such as item images*, description, meta-information, price and standard item attributes like size, colour, etc., from NetSuite to Amazon.
  • Payment/Invoice sync from Amazon to NetSuite. The connector automatically synchronises the order payment (including item cost and shipping cost applied on order) from Amazon to NetSuite as the order invoice.
  • Export Inventory Quantity from NetSuite to Amazon. A scheduled script runs that updates inventory quantity from NetSuite (including from multiple warehouses) to Amazon.
  • Export Sales Price from NetSuite to Amazon. A scheduled script runs that automatically update product sale price (single price level and currency) from NetSuite to Amazon.
  • Export Order Status and Shipping info from NetSuite to Amazon (for FBM orders). As soon as order fulfilment is done in NetSuite, a shipment record is created in NetSuite, and the order’s fulfilment status and shipping details are automatically synced to Amazon.
