Calm, a WooCommerce-based web store, partnered with Folio3 to integrate its platform with NetSuite so it could better manage its orders, synchronize inventory, and handle customer data. Before the integration, Calm faced delays and inefficiencies due to manual data syncing. Folio3’s NetSuite WooCommerce Connector automated these processes and provided accurate and near real-time synchronization of orders, inventory, pricing, and customer records across both systems. The project was implemented in two phases: sandbox testing followed by live deployment, quality assurance, and user acceptance testing (UAT). This integration helped Calm work more efficiently and allowed them to focus on growing their business and improve customer experiences.
