GRO-WELL Brands needed a unified ERP system to manage its bagged inventory of soils, mulch, and fertilizers while gaining real-time visibility into its manufacturing process. Manual financial reporting and disconnected procurement workflows created delays and inefficiencies that directly affected revenue. To address these issues, GRO-WELL partnered with Folio3 to implement NetSuite SuiteSuccess Manufacturing Premium.

The Challenge

  • No automated system to track manufacturing operations or inventory.
  • Manual Excel-based financial reporting was time-consuming and prone to error.

Solution

Our goal was to provide a unified solution for GRO-WELL Brands, and we implemented NetSuite to achieve this. As part of the implementation, we accomplished the following:

  • Implementation: Deployed NetSuite SuiteSuccess Manufacturing Premium to integrate finance, inventory, sales, procurement, and CRM.
  • Configuration: Configured core modules including Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Inventory Management, and Support Management
  • Customization: Allocated 300 hours to create automated workflows, tailored reports, and custom forms for fertilizer manufacturing.
  • Data Migration: Transferred master records, opening balances, open transactions, and four years of General Ledger history.
  • Training & Support: Delivered 30 hours of user training and 80 hours of post-go-live support.

With NetSuite, GRO-WELL Brands reduced operating costs, automated financial reporting, and gained real-time visibility into inventory and manufacturing. The company now manages its supply chain more efficiently and makes faster, data-driven decisions.
