  • Import of Email Attachments, including contracts and media files
  • Reply to Emails directly from NetSuite, ensuring full logging of communication threads
  • Export of NetSuite Events to Google Calendar, enabling bi-directional sync for meetings, studio sessions, and release planning
  • Error Reporting via automated email alerts, reducing downtime and unnoticed sync failures

The deployment provided a solid integration framework, which centralized ProTunes’ communication within NetSuite.
