When a sales order is created in NetSuite, the fulfillment team needs immediate access to order details to pick, pack, and ship the goods. Manually exporting orders or re-entering them into the ILG system introduces delays, increases the risk of data entry errors, and slows down the entire order-to-cash cycle. Missing or incomplete customs data can also cause cross-border shipping failures.
A fully automated export process continuously sends pending sales orders from NetSuite to ILG 3PL as soon as they are approved. The data payload includes the order reference (unique ID), complete delivery information (recipient name, address, phone number), product details (SKU, description), ordered quantity, and all necessary customs data. This ensures your team begins fulfillment within seconds.
Once an order is received in ILG, customer service teams in NetSuite have no real-time visibility into whether the order is being picked, packed, labeled, or awaiting carrier pickup. Without automated status updates, staff must log into the ILG portal separately.
Order status is automatically imported from ILG 3PL into NetSuite. The sync includes the order reference and the current order stage ("Received," "In Picking," "Packed," "Ready to Ship," "Shipped"). This allows customer service representatives to view live order progress directly within NetSuite and provide accurate updates to customers instantly.
After an order is shipped, critical dispatch information like carrier name, tracking number, piece count, and shipment weight is essential for completing the order in NetSuite. Manually copying this data from the ILG 3PL system into NetSuite is slow, prone to typos, and results in missed or incorrect shipment records.
Order dispatch data is automatically imported from ILG 3PL into NetSuite the moment the carrier scans the shipment as "dispatched." The imported data includes the order reference, number of pieces in the shipment, total weight, carrier name (like DHL, Aramex), and the carrier tracking number. NetSuite then automatically updates the sales order status and marks it as "Shipped.”
When a customer requests a return, a return authorization (RA) must be created in NetSuite and communicated to the fulfillment team so they know to expect and process the incoming return. Manually creating RAs in both systems leads to mismatches. This is especially problematic during high-volume return seasons.
An automatic synchronization process sends return authorization records from NetSuite directly to ILG 3PL. Each RA includes the original order reference, the product code being returned, and the authorized return quantity. Upon receipt, ILG 3PL flags the incoming return as pre-authorized.
Once the fulfillment team receives and inspects a returned item, the details of the receipt must be recorded back into NetSuite to update inventory and issue refunds. Without an automated return receipt sync, warehouse staff or customer service teams have to manually enter return outcomes.
Return receipts are automatically synchronized from the ILG system to NetSuite. The data includes the order reference, product code, quantity actually received, a return reason code, and the return status within ILG. NetSuite then uses this information to automatically adjust inventory levels, initiate customer refunds or credits, and close the return loop without manual data entry.
Product details are changed in NetSuite but not updated in ILG. Relying on outdated information leads the warehouse staff to mis-pick items, fail to scan barcodes, or misidentify products.
Product master data is automatically synchronized from NetSuite to the ILG system whenever a product is created or updated. The sync includes the unique product code (SKU), full product description, and barcode. This ensures both systems share a single, consistent source of truth for all active products and eliminates mismatches and processing errors.
The ILG system manages detailed inventory movements. These store/stock movements directly impact inventory levels recorded in NetSuite. Without an automated sync from ILG, NetSuite's inventory records become outdated.
Store and stock movement data is automatically synchronized from the ILG system to NetSuite in near real-time. Each movement record includes product details (SKU and description), the quantity moved, and store IDs. NetSuite consumes this data to update inventory balances per location, record stock transfers, and maintain accurate on-hand quantities for order promising, replenishment planning, and financial reporting.

A NetSuite integration project typically involves three primary cost areas:
Integrating NetSuite with other critical business systems (such as Mintsoft) is a specialized service. The effort and cost depend on the number of systems, the complexity of the data flows, and whether pre-built connectors or custom development are required. This is typically a key part of the overall implementation scope.
