AutoShack that was previously known as Prime Choice is a Canada-based company that specializes in manufacturing and distributing automobile parts. The in-house manufacturing plant manufactures multiple products, including wheel bearings, Starters, brake parts, and much more.
Auto Shack is an auto parts distributor and manufacturer that needed to upgrade its web store and back end to enhance its functioning. Folio3 provided them with the SuiteCommerce web store with advanced modules and customizations that resulted in a massive increase in online sales.
Initially, there were two Auto Shack Web stores that were primechoice.com and primechoice.ca, built on the Advanced SuiteCommerceDenali release. Since Denali Suite Commerce is a bit outdated, AutoShack wanted to update the web storefronts with an advanced ‘Elbrus’ update to enhance the user experience. Along with that, Auto shack wanted a few other custom features for even better functioning.
Folio3 upgraded both the storefronts from SuiteCommerce Denali to Elbrus as per the client’s requirements, but that is not all. We also worked on a few other customizations, which include:
With Folio3’s expert team, Auto Shack’s web stores were upgraded to the Elbrus Advanced SuiteCommerce release along with the additional custom features to enhance the user experience. All thanks to Folio3, AutoShack noticed a tremendous increase of 22% in sales along with an even better customer satisfaction ratio.
