The migration enhances financial reporting, automates consolidation, and provides live reporting through customized dashboards. Exceed can now accurately track project costs, manage AFE, and offer external interfaces for client visibility.

The Challenge

Exceed faced multifaceted challenges, including issues in project profitability assessment, controls, automated workflows, Excel-based tracking, and reporting fragmentation. The need for a unified and efficient approach to procurement also posed a significant hurdle.

Result

The NetSuite implementation at Exceed impacted all staff, particularly in timesheet and expense submission processes. The Finance, Project Managers, and Exceed’s MD benefited significantly from Phase 1, transforming the Finance function into a revenue-generating entity.
