The Challenge

Tone It Up was facing the problem of entering data twice, separately for its front end (Shopify) system and it’s NetSuite ERP back-office, this created problems like more time being spent on data entry and admin work for keeping the two systems in sync. Furthermore, this also creates a risk of human error in keeping the data accurately synchronized between the two systems.
