The Challenge

Intek America was relying on the Shopify platform to function as a web store for its two brands/sites. As they were using NetSuite as their back-office ERP system, all the data from the Shopify stores had to be manually uploaded into NetSuite which took up a lot of time and effort. Ultimately, productivity was suffering because of the time-consuming manual processes that went into syncing the two systems.

  • Filter the synced data and data sync log based on certain parameters, from the Connector Dashboard.
