Founded in 2012, ORCA Coolers manufactures and sells American made, roto-molded, rugged coolers, outdoor apparel, drinkware, and accessories. Orca Coolers completely automated and integrated their NetSuite ERP with two of their Shopify web stores (B2B and B2C) with Folio3’s NetSuite Shopify Integration connector.
Orca had been relying on manual data entry for both of their Shopify stores which resulted in a very series of complex processes that ended up using up a lot of time and effort just to keep the disparate systems synchronized. These extra efforts added to the operating costs and hampered productivity.
