The Prestwick Group was considering integrating its Salesforce CRM with NetSuite ERP using Folio3 Salesforce Connector for NetSuite to eliminate manual data entry and provide sales and finance personnel with visibility and access to the back office.

The Challenge

The Prestwick Group partnered with Folio3 to integrate the Folio3 Salesforce Connector for NetSuite because manual data entry was causing data inconsistency between the two systems, which led to unfavorable service delivery for its customers. 

Solution

  • Sync Salesforce accounts and contacts as NetSuite customers and contacts and vice versa.
  • Sync Product/Item data across NetSuite and Salesforce
  • Generate Sales Orders in NetSuite from Salesforce.
  • Generate multiple quotes in NetSuite against a single Salesforce opportunity.
  • Synchronize a defined set of NetSuite Sales Order fields to the associated Opportunity within Salesforce.
  • Support the import of Assemblies from Salesforce Products to NetSuite Items and mark the BOM for creation or update.
  • Create or update BOMs with script on Items from the KBMAX BOM data sent as a JSON value in an associated NetSuite custom field updated from Salesforce.

Result
